How to be a gentleman

First of all, I will tell all of you how to be a gentleman.
For example, when we are in the restaurant, the men should pull the chairs for women, and the men could be seated after they have already sat. Except that, we should open the door for women when getting in or off the cars. You see, it’s easy to be a gentleman.
By the way, are all of you interested in other etiquettes? Take “tips” for example, you should give some tips to the person who calls the cabs or takes the luggage for us.
And you have to put the money under the pillows or the head of a bed for the hotel staff when you check out.
