After reading the two parts, I assumed they are very important in every company for inside and outside. They own the special skills and great performance in their jobs.
For the Montse’s job, she works in Human Resources officer. She wants to do the training and developing in company. And how to arrange the right people in right candidates is also her duty. But it is very difficult for her to learn different things from outside.
For the Kenichiro’s job, he works in Purchasing department. He needs to faces different buyers every day and learns some experiences from them. He always touches fresh things for the future.
