The Taiwanese food culture is based on Fujian style. It is developing from China Fujian and Gangdongs’ cultures. These years, Taiwanese food also has mixed and combined with many features of other places cuisine. It has become to our own as “Taiwanese style”. In my opinion of view, the cuisine represents Taiwan food culture should be braised pork rice and beef noodles.
For Taiwanese, “food” is not only a life style, but also a cultural expression. Because of the background of our history, the food culture has become more diverse. The following cuisine which will be mentioned later plays an important role in Taiwan society.
