Buying Your First Home in America
Buying a home in America just likes buying a home in Taiwan. First, you have to know how mush money do you have and how much mortgage can you afford.
Second, you have to know the costs of buying a home and ongoing costs. It includes loan origination fees, prepaid interest, application fees, appraisal fee, survey, title search and insurance, recording fees and attorney's fees and so on.
Third, you have to choose a nice neighborhood. Good neighbors make your lifestyle better. You want to find a good schools and low crime rates, low taxes, good transportation, and nice town services.
Then, you have to find a good broker you can trust. We usually find a Taiwanese American who really knows what you need and what you want.
In a word, my suggestion is if you really want to buy a home in America. You should go to the city, for example, Los Angeles, stay a month or longer to know what I’ve talked about.
Finally, I hope everyone can buy their dreamy home in America. Thank you!

Interview matter
I am creative and motivated. I worked on several major marketing projects with positive results. I am now looking for a challenging marketing position in an established company.
My strengths are responsible and effective. Because I know how to control the time, let my work be more effective…
For Weaknesses….I can’t really think of any. Maybe a little pride would be all.
I love a challenge job…..I could take my background in sales and marketing.
Sure…..I am adequate to this job based on my capabilities and working experience
Actually I care more if I perform well enough as expected. I think working over-time is necessary. if the job requirement, I love to do it….
Every position is definitely with pressure. As long as to face the pressure optimistically
I prefer the team work…because I can learn a lot from them…also, support each other.

Teacher asked everyone to have a book review in winter vacation. You need to write down the summary and your comments. Also, Take a picture with the book. So, I chose a book about the children and Mother. the name is Ramona and Her Mother. After reading this book, I have my comments shown as below:
This book is mostly about Ramona spending time with her mom. It is important because it shows a relationship between a mother and a daughter. In my opinion the book is real interesting specially the way Ramona acts at the begging and at the and. Finally, she got what she wanted.All she wants is her Mother's attention and recognition as she struggles for a place in her mother's heart, as she has begun to worry that she might be unlovable.I like the part when she was mad at her mom and her sister for doing something to her, so she went to the bathroom and squirted toothpaste everywhere.
It is very interesting and cool if you read this book you will love it

Snow in Berlin
My customer told me that last night they got -6°C and 15 cm snow in Berlin area. The Berlin is the capital of Germany.
They got some problems in the morning. The main problem was a mix from ice and snow on the cars. they can not open the car doors. he must to used cold water to open it. And than it was off road time.
He said my Audi has 130 horse power and Dagmars Audi A3 has 115 horse power. Really it makes fun to drive an Audi in snow. We don't have much traffic in our little village so it is not dangerous. All the main street in the cities and the roads outside are clean.
Sometime they had more as - 15°C in the winter. The ice on my little pool is more than 40 cm!!!. There are some fishes are inside. I hope they are alive.
Really so is wintertime in Germany. It is an area for hard men.

My job
I am a sales man. I arrive at the office at nine o'clock every day. first of all, I have a nice coffee with my breakfast in th emorning. Good coffee can let me keep wake all day.Then I go to my desk to open my NB and check my email. also, I browsed through some news frm website. These mail come in overnight because all of customers are in Europe area. So, I have to check the issues form my customers and find out the answer for their request.
In the afternoon I make phone calls with my customers about some business issues. Also, I need to search new products from other competitors and reply the new inquiry from customers. Sometime I have meeting with other departments to discuss some new projects. after home, I always work to midnight every day. I spend almost time in my job.

A Person who has made a difference: My Boss
He taught me something about the concept and sales skills when I was a fresh sales man. He is a Top sales man in our company and also my friend. Every time, when I face some serious complains about the products quality issue from customers. I feel so frustrated and want to give up my dream. He always encouraged me and asked me to think in positive way. He said” to be a successful sales man, there is no excuse”. I gave him a nickname as superman because he works 24 hours almost every day. He almost keeps awake all the time and replies to customers immediately while he is sleeping. All customers said “He is CRAZY”.
I remember when we attended a conference in USA. He told me that the customer is the biggest one in USA baby product channel. He has spent more than five years on it. Finally, he obtained the projects from this customer. He told me: “just image and treat your customer like your girlfriend”. How do you want to do to her?
Now he has many girlfriends in many countries. Since he flies everywhere and extends his business territory.

The Taiwanese food culture is based on Fujian style. It is developing from China Fujian and Gangdongs’ cultures. These years, Taiwanese food also has mixed and combined with many features of other places cuisine. It has become to our own as “Taiwanese style”. In my opinion of view, the cuisine represents Taiwan food culture should be braised pork rice and beef noodles.
For Taiwanese, “food” is not only a life style, but also a cultural expression. Because of the background of our history, the food culture has become more diverse. The following cuisine which will be mentioned later plays an important role in Taiwan society.

Magician~Nothing is impossible
I want to talk about a guy.His name is David Blaine…...
He was born in Brooklyn New York.At four He saw a Magician perform in a subway when he young.Then he decided to purchase his first trick.Since he didn’t have the money to go to a magic shop. His grandmother passed some tarot cards to him.He spent countless hours to researching magic.
At five,he learned what his dream was.Also, he showed the magic to his heighbor. He saw for the first time the impact Magic can have emotionally on people.So,he told his mom, he went to be a show man.
Now he is a famous street magician.And he performed street magic for people in everywhere.He always challenges the world record….and set a new world record.
He said” Magic around the world.”

There are three kinds of foreign travel.Your holidays can be enjoyed by traveling.
The first travel type is the package tours.They buy a package holidays from travel agencies.The fees of this kind travel is very cheap,because the marketing shares.The price includes the cost of travel,hotels,food,transportations etc...The agencies will arrange everything about traveling plans for you.All you have to do is just follow the tour guides to visit the tourist resorts.
The second travel type is city breaks.The travel fees will be expensive.The agencies will make reservations of the flights and hotels for travelers.Travelers don’t worry about them. But they need to spend some time preparing travel schedules for visit.
The advantage of taking this kind of travel is they can stay some places for a longer time.
The last travel type is backpackers.They can control all the fees by themselves.And more time to visit some places which they like.But they must spend more time on their travel plans.And the travelers should be good in English or it will be difficult to communicate with local people.The type is a depth travel.
In conclusion,you must decide the travel matters first,then choose that best suits you.
