what kinds of food do you like?
I like Japanese food the most. The amount of oil used in Japanese food are reduced, hence we could still maintain a healthy diet even if we take it daily, without fear of consuming too much fats while eating our favorite food. One well-known Japanese food is sushi. The ingredients used are sometimes raw. As a result, while eating sushi, we get to try raw food, hence we have new experiences. There are a variety of Japanese food, and they are mostly non-oily. Thus, Japanese food is my favorite, as while trying the variety of foods, I need not to fear that I would not maintain a healthy diet.
